Who We Are?
We are a small business residing in Ontario, CA, USA. Since we are a small business, don't be surprised by our personal email responses by us, the owners, at all hours of the day and night. We run our business Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm Pacific time. If we are out of the office, we will make sure to get back to you as soon as we can. (We do some emailing during NON business hours when we have extra personal time.)

International Orders Policy
We love to sell to all countries, but some countries are not allowed to import samurai swords. Please view our outside the USA shipment information page. Click here to view.
We mark all shipments as "gifts" and do not include a invoice. You will be responsible for any taxes or duties on your shipment. We have no way of knowing those charges. If you would like a shipping quote, add the items you are interested in to your cart and begin the ordering process. Autographed Swords
Update: 6/4/09: We will miss you David, our friend!
We will sell out our existing autographed swords that David had signed before his passing. Out of respect for David and his family, we will be ceasing our sales on these items for a couple of weeks. We hope you understand, thank you.

We've met with David Carradine and Michael Madsen many times. We guarantee our autographs are 100% authentic. We have pictures and video's of both actors signing our Kill Bill replica swords. Please join the mailing list for special offers.

Shipping Policy
All items on our site are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted. We work hard to ship all orders as fast as humanly possible (for now, there are only 2 of us processing orders and shipping).
Typically, all orders will ship within 1-8 business days from the time the order is placed, (excluding holidays and weekends). An order placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday, and shipped shortly thereafter.
If an order is on backorder, we will input a note inside your order notes and send you an email to view our notes. You have the option to cancel or wait. Our merchant, PayPal, charges your card as soon as your place your order. Any refunds may take up to 10 business days.
We reserve the right to ship which ever method of shipping carrier we choose regardless of checkout options.

If you choose Fedex as a shipment method, please note we will automatically require a signature delivery for apartments, units, and suites. All orders over $200 will also require a signature.
**6/05/08 UPDATE
Our checkout now has the option to waive Fedex signature. If you wish to waive the signature during the checkout, please note that Hanzoswords.com, DK ONLINE, and Fedex will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages.

Return Policy & Damaged Shipments Policy
If any sword arrives damaged please contact us immediately so we can initiate an insurance claim. (This applies if you choose Fedex shipping method only) If you do not contact us within 5 business days of a damaged sword, we cannot claim the insurance and you will be stuck with a broken sword. This applies to the actual sword, not any accessories that were sent with the sword, such as cleaning kits or sword stands. Those can be replaced at no additional charge to you. If you send it back within 10 business days, we will replace any cleaning kits or stands broken during shipping.

Please keep ALL packaging, so that Fedex can come pick up the package and inspect it.

If an insurance claim is necessary, once the insurance claim is approved, we will either refund your purchase price of the sword, or send you a whole new one at no additional cost to you. It will be your choice. Please note any shipping or handling incurred by the buyer and the seller is non refundable.

USA customers choosing USPS Priority Mail shipments:
It is always better to use Fedex, because the items are automatically insured for the customers benefit. If you choose USPS Priority mail and If the item arrives damaged, you may send the item back at your expense for a replacement. We will then spend the money to ship it back to you. It is a good idea to choose Fedex, as this is automatically insured. Thank you.

Returning?
If you purchase an item and you want to send it back for any reason (other than damaged), we will accept it back for a 15% restocking fee and less shipping and handling incurred.

If the package is sent back to Hanzoswords via the shipping company at no fault of Hanzoswords, we will ask you to pay for re-shipping back to you. (Example, you are not home for delivery, you want to exchange a product for any reason(other than damaged), or you gave us the wrong address.) Fedex may charge Hanzosword's a return fee for a shipment.

Any refunds will be processed in 10 business days and from there should be back to your credit card within 7 business days.

We will never sell any information collected during the order process to another company. Any snail mail addresses or emails submitted through finished and unfinished carts will be used within our company, DK ONLINE, only for future mailings. We only use this information collected to process your order and send you sparse future mailings.
