This knife is awesome, i have puchased 2 of these, i am also new to the throwing knifes, but these knife are great, with an easily afordable price, free shiping, they are definatly worth the time to but, they are good begginer knifes, and hold up very nicley. Just make sure not to let it hit any concrete or metal, it will bend and dull that blade very fast
