Here is our Hanzo Steel Katana. This is a fully functional Kill Bill Replica battle ready katana sword ready for action. The video below shows someone slamming it into a piece of tree trunk very hard and slicing off the edges of the trunk. As you can see the steel does not bend. This is a very sharpened sword so if you purchase one, please be careful. Comes with a Protective Cover, a Maintanance Kit with Hattori Hanzo in Japanese, and a FREE Lacquered Finish Stand with Felt Lining

Blade lengths are approximately 29" long. These blades are made of HRC1060 high carbon steel in the popular Shinogi Zukuri style. The famous Kill Bill Emblems are ENGRAVED on blade. The Tsuka (handle) is made with genuine Ray Skin and is wrapped in black leather (PVC) braid measures 11” long. There are two gold sycamore ornaments attached on either side of the Fuchi (collar) and the Kashira (buttcap at the end of handle). These buke-zukuri style katana swords have a black Tsuba (guard) that is the same style as in the movie. The Saya's (scabbards) are made of wood with black lacquer finishes. They measure 31” long. The body of the scabbards bear the identical three-leaf sycamore emblem as seen in the movie. The Kurikata's (knobs) are wrapped with cords which are used to suspend the katana sword by your waist.
Please note that the Sageo's (cord's) will vary in color, from tan, black, and silver. We cannot accomodate requests on the sageo color. Thank you.

	As the other reviews are focused on cutting, I''ll talk about something else: This sword is a great replica, very accurate to the movie. It has the two golden bands on the scabbard that many other replicas lack. Also the blade itself is beautiful: visible yokote, attractive hamon, the lion symbol engraved is great. And on the Hattori Hanzo display stand it looks perfect. Very satisfied with the purchase! Thanks

	Very sharp. I found out the hard way.
	The sword really is very sharp. I was runing a wash rag folded 6 times over the flat side of the blade. Well I barely slipped the rag over the blade and in a split second the blade managed to cut through all those layers of fabric and cut my thumb to the bone. This was with very little pressure I might add. Later on I will try some cutting tests and do another review.

	I have made some cutting tests in the wood. It cuts 1"-2" branches just like butter! Another test has been completed against an iaido training katana: The two swords have been striked against and even done gently the training katana had got a quite solid notch, the Bride''s didn''t show any trace. I guess, continuing this test with greater efforces the Bride''s would cut the training katana into two pieces. Perhaps I''ll do this test, but I''m still a bit axious not to hurt the Bride''s.
