The Gerber E-Z Skinner features a surgical stainless steel blade with a patent-pending curved tip. The curved tip provides two advantages: increased clearance to eliminate puncturing vital organs while gutting and improved control when skinning. The handle is manufactured by co-molding thermo plastic and soft grip to insure a strong rugged handle with a non-slip grip. 2.5" blade
