UK, Turkey, & Demark - Please read all of this information before ordering.
To all countries
We mark all shipments as "gifts". You will be responsible for any taxes or duties on your shipment. We have no way of knowing those charges. Please check your country's local laws at a postal website for your country to make sure our replica swords are allowed to ship. In the rare event that a sword is sent back to us because swords are not allowed into your country, we will refund the price of the sword less the shipping charge as soon as it arrives back to us in the United States. If your country does not allow swords into your country, you do risk the package being seized and we cannot refund any monies since it is your responsibility to check your laws first. Please make sure the age limit of ordering swords in your country. In the U.S.A., it is 18 and older.
Insurance is purchased for all international orders. Since we insure each package, we have to declare the value of the sword plus shipping. This is for both the customer and Hanzoswords protection. If the item arrives damaged, we can, with help from the customer, file an insurance claim. If the claim is approved, we can reship at no cost to you.
What do I do if the item arrives damaged?
First things first, email us. We will then tell you the step by step process to help us file the claim. This will include a signed letter from you as well as pictures of the damage. You can email both the pictures and the signed letter to us. We will print those items out and send them with the claim. We will let you know what to write inside the signed letter. This letter and the photos especially, help the insurance company make quick decisions. This insurance claim usually takes 10-12 business days to a final decision. We will always contact you once the insurance claim is final.
We love to sell to all countries, however, we would like you to double check your country laws and Postal Service import laws before you place your order. There are a few countries (see the list below) that we have shipped swords to and one or two have come back or have been seized. We will still send if you wish to try your customs roulette luck, order at your own risk. If the swords are returned to us, we will gladly give a refund of the sword price, less the shipping charges. If the swords are seized, we cannot refund any amount of your order. It is your responsibility to check your laws before placing an order. We do our best to inform everyone in the world the information we do know, however, you may know more than we do, since you live in your country.

4. Turkey - 7/1/08 We've shipped 4 since April 1st, 2008 to Turkey, two have been seized and will not be coming back.
We will still send if you wish to try your customs roulette luck.
Special Note on July 1st, 2008:
5. UK / GREAT BRITAIN / IRELAND = We've heard there was a sword ban to your country in April of 2008. Since April 1, 2008, we have shipped 22 packages, two have been seized, but 20 different packages with swords have made it through.
Order samurai swords over 20 inches (50CM) at your own risk. Swords such as our Spartan Swords, Spears, Mini Kill Bill Swords, and Daggers are still allowed. Anything 20 inches (50CM) or smaller is allowed into your country. If it is a straight blade samurai sword over 20 inches (50CM), it too IS allowed into your country. An example of this is our Black Warrior Chokuto Sword, click here to view. Please check your local laws to be sure of this information, as it may change without our knowledge. We will continue to ship to your countries if you wish. Please remember we cannot refund any monies if the package has been seized. If the package is returned to us, the sender, we will refund the price of the merchandise, less shipping and handling.

The * next to the country means we have shipped to this country with no problems in the past. If your country does not have a *, or if it is not on the list, it just means we have not gotten an order from your country yet. UK, Denmark, and Turkey used to have zero problems, that is why there is a * next to those countries.
