The Sword of Enethia, a Mithrodin warrior in service to the Great Realm who fought against the Dark One. Forged by the dark elf Tethietol, the side of the blade is engraved with "Avoloch will yield to none but truth," in Anglecal runes. The word Avoloch is from the ancient language of Thant, and it was the name used for the warrior class of the Mithrodin, translated as "Soldier of Steel." Avoloch is part the highly popular Swords of the Ancients collection created in 1997 and which has become legendary the world over among collectible sword enthusiasts who want only the finest designs and highest quality. Avoloch measures 42 3/4" overall and features a hand forged 24 1/2" blade of Damascus steel folded 256 times to 1792 layers for superior strength and flexibility. The blade is false-edged and offers etched runes along its length. Avoloch also features highly detailed antique finished metal handle parts, all made to the designers exacting specifications and a genuine leather wrapped grip.
