Who We Are?
We are a small business residing in central Florida Established in 2004 Since we are a small business, don't be surprised by our personal email responses by us, the owners, at all hours of the day and night. We run our business Monday through Friday 10am - 5pm Pacific time. If we are out of the office, we will make sure to get back to you as soon as we can. (We do some emailing during NON business hours when we have extra personal time.)

International Orders Policy
We ship to people all over the world. Please note our free shipping only applies to usa customers, however your order may receive a shipping discount, all you have to do is contact us and we will see if we can save you some money on shipping. Either use the live help feature at the bottom right of our website or the contact us link up top. It is the customers responsibility to know what items are allowed entry into their country. If an item is confiscated we are not responsible for any refunds, however if the item is returned to us we will refund the cost of the item but not any shipping and handling charges. International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive once shipped depending on what shipping method you choose. We do not ship zippo items outside of the USA
All items on our site are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted. We work hard to ship all orders as fast as humanly possible.
Typically, all orders will ship within 1-5 business days from the time the order is placed, (excluding holidays and weekends). An order placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday, and shipped shortly thereafter.
If an order is on backorder, we will input a note inside your order notes and send you an email to view our notes. You have the option to cancel or wait. Our merchant, PayPal, charges your card as soon as your place your order. Any refunds may take up to 10 business days.
If you choose Fedex as a shipment method, please note we will automatically require a signature delivery for apartments, units, and suites. All orders over $200 will also require a signature.
Return Policy & Damaged Shipments Policy
We offer a money back guarantee for 30 days on all orders regardless of reason. The only exception are items that could have been used for costumes, foam wooden swords, shields helmets etc. Also the item must be in like new resellable condition. Our return policy only applies to the item cost itself and not andy shipping charges. If you bought an item that includes free shipping we will deduct the amount we paid to ship to you out of your refund.
If your shipment arrives damaged contact us immediately via the contact us link above or through live help on the bottom right of the page.
Please keep ALL packaging, so that Fedex/UPS can come pick up the package and inspect it.
If an insurance claim is necessary, once the insurance claim is approved, we will either refund your purchase price of the sword, or send you a whole new one at no additional cost to you. It will be your choice. Please note any shipping or handling incurred by the buyer and the seller is non refundable.
USA customers choosing USPS Priority Mail shipments:
Please note that orders that choose Priority Mail will ship by that method, it does not bump your place up in our queue, one of our checkout questions asks you to put a deadline and we try to meet those deadlines if at all possible so please fill this field out when checking out.
Any refunds will be processed in 10 business days and from there should be back to your credit card within 7 business days.
