Roman Tower Shield 2

A tower shield is a large rectangular shield which provides a large amount of cover for the fighter carrying it. Too large to be used from horseback, a tower shield was a carried by a foot soldier. It was cumbersome and unwieldy, and rarely used in the medieval period.
This Roman Tower Shield 2 is made out of durable poly resin painted to look golden bronze. Classic fighting foot soldier tower shield. Light weight and ready to hold all day at your convention, renaissance festivals, or Halloween event. Great for decoration and displaying in your home. An arm strap and handle allow the shield to be worn functionally. A chain on the back of the shield allows the shield to be hung from the wall.
