Shipped 3 swords to this customer. One of the swords arrived damaged. Customer contacted us via email to tell us about the damage. We contacted the customer back via email and stated we are contacting Fedex and once they pick up the sword for damage / insurance inspection, we will re-ship a new sword. We sent Fedex the information for an insurance claim. Fedex attempted to pick up the package for the sword that was broken 3 times at the delivered address. Larry Robbins contacted his credit card and stated that his credit card had an unauthorized charge. He made the claim for the whole amount of $236.97. One sword arrived damaged. Larry Robbins has ignored our numerous attempts at retrieving our goods back or the money owed. We expect $236.97 from you Mr. Larry Robbins, or your name will stay here.

Called this person, emailed the person, sent certified letter stating they would be getting two packages, to please refuse the 2nd package. The person did not refuse the 2nd package and kept the items. We realize it was our mistake for sending two packages out to this person, but this person has clearly took advantage of this situation and has ignored our numerous attempts at retrieving our goods back.
